6. Restrictions on disclosing your information to outsiders.
We pledge not to reveal specific information about your accounts, or other information that will personally identify you, to those outside The Geo. D. Warthen Bank organization for their independent use, unless:

- you request or authorize that the information be revealed;
- the disclosure is required or permitted by law; or
